THE BRAIN
Omega 3 (DHA/EPA) contributes to normal brain health - in both adults and children. The National Board of Health recommends that you eat min. 400 g oily fish per week. If you do not, you can supplement your Omega 3 intake with a good fish oil. We recommend that you get 200 mg of DHA to contribute to the health of your brain.
We also offer an Omega 3 made from Flaxseed (organic flaxseed oil), which contains a high level of natural omega 3. However, it is ALA, which is a precursor to DHA / EPA, which is why it does not have the same concentration of DHA as fish oil.
