WHAT IS STRESS B?

Stress B + C is formulated to support the body and mind during busy and stressful periods, through a generous supply of B-complex vitamins along with vitamin C, minerals and a number of soothing herbs. 

B Vitamins are many different vitamins, all of which are water soluble. They can be excreted from the body with the urine. The B Vitamins work together in a complex biological collaboration. They form part of the body's enzyme processes, where some dominate more or less than others. The absorption of B vitamins is dependent on the stomach acid and digestion.

Pantothenic Acid contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal mental performance, normal synthesis and metabolism of steroid hormones, vitamin D and some neurotransmitters, reduction of tiredness and fatique.

Vitamin C contributes to maintain the normal function of the immune system during and after intense physical exercise. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of blood vessels, bones, cartilage, gums, skin and teeth. Vitamin C contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress, reduction of tiredness and fatique, regeneration of the reduced form of vitamin e. Vitamin C increases iron absorption.

Magnesium contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatique. It contributes to electrolyte balance, normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal function of the nervous system. It contributes to muscle function, normal protein synthesis, normal psychological function. Magnesium contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth and it plays a role in the process of cell division.

Calcium has a role in the process of cell division and specialisation. Calcium is needed for the maintenance of normal bones and teeth.

Dosage:

Recommended daily supplement: 1 tablet daily in conjunction with a meal.
