WHAT SHOULD I TAKE BEFORE AND DURING THE PREGNANCY?

Certain pesticides mimic estrogens in the body and can therefore damage the ability to reproduce. Eat at least 600 grams of vegetables and fruits a day. Vary as much as possible. Eat nuts, seeds. and grains every day. Use a little honey or similar instead of sugar. Avoid refined oils and margarine. Avoid additives.

Avoid stressing the body. The body must have peace and quiet. This also applies to hard / frequent training and diet. A body in imbalance, in no way, wants to create any life.
