The bones must last a lifetime. Studies show that a lifestyle with a healthy diet and plenty of exercise in childhood forms the basis for continuing a healthy lifestyle for the rest of life. The earlier a bone-healthy lifestyle starts, the better.
In addition to a healthy diet and an active lifestyle, there are some essential vitamins and minerals that can contribute to normal bone health. If you want to support your diet with these, we have listed our recommendations below:
CALCIUM
Calcium is widely known to support healthy bones. However, it is recommded that you always combine it with Magnesium. Also, it is important to understand that calcium and vitamin D are closely linked when it comes to bone health. Eating lime without vitamin D is like serving soup without a spoon - you do not get much out of it. Calcium is poorly absorbed from the intestine when vitamin D is lacking.
In our Calcium/Magnesium w. D3 we have composed exactly these 3 micronutrients.

VITAMIN D3
As mentioned above, vitamin D plays an important role in the absorption of calcium in your body. If you want to focus or have problems with your bone health, we recommend that you have your vitamin D level measured.
Unfortunately, vitamin D deficiency is very common and most people are not aware of it. It is estimated that 1 billion people across the globe are deficient in vitamin D. Especially the population in the Nordic countries have challenges with vitamin D, as we mainly get it from the sun's rays. As the Nordic countries have dark months 50% of the year, this entails a greater risk of low levels of vitamin D. Besides, there are certain population groups - especially the elderly, people with dark skin, and children, who are at risk of low levels, as they do not spend enough time in the sun's direct rays or have difficulty absorbing vitamin D due to their skin colour. These populations need to pay particular attention to getting enough vitamin D.
We have two vitamin D products; D3 1500 D3 3000IU & D3 w. K2
MAGNESIUM
As mentioned above, magnesium is an important part when it comes to the absorption of calcium for your bones. If you already have a supplement of pure calcium, then we recommend that you combine it with magnesium.
Our Magnesium is 500 mg and you can read more about itHERE
A MULTIVITAMIN
Of course, we have incorporated calcium, magnesium and vitamin D into our multivitamins VITAMAX and VITAMULTI. If you take this daily, you are also well covered.
