WHAT SUPPLEMENTS SHOULD I TAKE BEFORE AND AFTER PREGNANCY?
When the first thoughts about pregnancy come to mind, it is a good idea to think about giving the body the right building blocks.
Both men and women benefit from balancing the right diet, lifestyle and any supplements, which, however, must never replace the healthy diet.
If you are planning a pregnancy or already are pregnant, then we recommend our VITAMAMA. It is a daily dose of supplements tailored to before, during and after pregnancy.
During pregnancy, diet and nutrients, including certain vitamins, are especially important. The National Board of Health thus recommend that pregnant women take supplements of 400 mcg of folic acid (vitamin B9), vitamin D and iron as well as calcium. Certain vitamins for pregnant women should already be taken from the time they are planning to become pregnant.
Folic acid is necessary to prevent neural tube defects in the baby.
To prevent iron deficiency, pregnant women should also take an iron supplement.
Vitamin D is also recommended for pregnant women as it promotes the absorption of calcium and bone formation.
Calcium is especially important for the bones of the pregnant woman and the unborn child.
VITAMAMA is a special combination of vitamins, minerals, amino acids, vegetables, herbs, lactic acid bacteria and oil tailored for expectant mothers. We recommend that you take VITAMAMA 3 months before pregnancy, during your entire pregnancy and after.

TIPS FOR YOUR DIET
The basis of a healthy body is, of course, diet. Here the main rules are to eat organic as much as possible. Certain pesticides mimic estrogens in the body and can therefore damage the ability to reproduce. Eat at least 600 grams of vegetables and fruits a day. Vary as much as possible. Eat nuts, seeds and grains every day. Use a little honey or similar instead of sugar. Avoid refined oils and margarine. Avoid additives.
STRESS DOWN
Avoid stressing the body too much - the body needs some peace and quiet. This also applies to hard / frequent training and diet. A body in imbalance, cannot create life.
