WHAT IS IN MOOD FORMULA?
B Vitamins are many different vitamins, all of which are water soluble. They can be excreted from the body with the urine. The B Vitamins work together in a complex biological collaboration. They form part of the body's enzyme processes, where some dominate more or less than others. The absorption of B vitamins is dependent on the stomach acid and digestion. The ashwagandha plant is a small shrub with yellow flowers that's native to India and North Africa. Extracts or powder from the plant's root or leaves are used in many food supplements.
