WHAT IS IRON BISGLYCINATE COMPLEX?

Iron Bisglycinate Complex is a dietary supplement containing iron, vitamin C, B vitamins, and copper, which are essential for various bodily functions. It provides 35 mg of elemental iron per capsule in the form of ferrous bisglycinate, known for its high bioavailability.

Iron, along with vitamins B6 and B12, has roles in the body, including contributing to the formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin. These vitamins, along with folic acid, are important for overall bodily functions. Folate also plays a role in blood formation. Additionally, vitamin C can assist with iron absorption, and in combination with vitamin B2, may have antioxidative properties.

Ingredients:

Iron bisglycinate, methylcobalamin (vit. B12), ascorbic acid (vit. C), calcium L-methylfolate, thiamine hydrochloride (vit. B1), riboflavin 5'-phosphate sodium (vit. B2), inositol hexanicotinate (vit. B3), pyridoxal 5'-phosphate (vit. B6), vegetarian magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide (anti-caking agents), copper citrate, microcrystalline cellulose (filler), vegetarian capsule (glazing agent: hypromellose; purified water).

Details

Dosage: 1 capsule daily with food. If you are taking medication, take this a few hours before or after them. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose.
