Tell us a little about yourself
My morning routine seems for many very complicated. However, I do not think so – it's a matter of habit. After a long time it's the same as brushing teeth or just breathing. I'm currently pregnant so my habits are a little different than otherwise. I'm starting with a shot Krauterblut. Then I make my very special morning beverage. A shot I've been drinking for almost 16 years each morning. I change it up sometimes. At the moment it consists of flaxseed oil, fish oil, chlorella powder, and okinawakalk. I also ad a teaspoon of turmeric powder and pepper. Everything is gently stirred up in a little apple juice. Then I eat a little breakfast (overnight oats or toasted rye bread with cheese etc.)
My vitamin and mineral supplements consist of:
4 Vitamax (just taking VITAMAMA) morning and evening, 1-2 C vitamin, 1 Selenium, 1 Q10, 1 B12, 3 CalMag (evening).
What is your everyday routine?
It could be called 5-2. I live predominantly healthy every single day and go off the railes on the weekends. My indulgence is ice creem. Everything in moderation.
What is your approach to a healthy lifestyle?
We are in Denmark subject to rigorous rules about how powerful vitamins and minerals must be. It is in principle a good thing. However, I'm just convinced that if it's going to have an effect and help you with your deficiency, then you need other alternatives. VITAVIVA's products are a great helper here.
