WHY VITAMIN C?

Vitamin C is probably the most explored vitamin of all time - and the most commonly known. Humans are not able to produce Vitamin C themselves - so it is important to add larger amounts of Vitamin C to the body through diet or supplements.

Vitamin C is often also called ascorbic acid and is a water-soluble vitamin. That is, it is easily absorbed into the body, however, it is not deposited in the body. We secrete vitamin C with the urine and therefore one cannot get too much of it.

Vitamin C is an antioxidant and contributes, among other things, to the normal functioning of the immune system, a normal mental function and a normally functioning nervous system. Vitamin C helps reduce fatigue and tiredness as well as increases the body's absorption of iron. In addition, vitamin C contributes to the normal formation of collagen, which contributes to the normal functioning of the skin, cartilage, bones and blood vessels.

Unlike animals, humans are unable to produce vitamin C themselves and since it is a water-soluble vitamin, we need to consume a lot more of it than the fat-soluble ones.

This product is VEGAN and thus suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Dose: 1 tablet  daily with a meal.
