Lin Samuelsen
The background of Lin Samuelsen ranges from founder, owner, and daily manager of a large international dance school and dance education in Sweden and Los Angeles, to founder and owner of a major reform and barre studio, which now has become a small and exclusive studio in Klampenborg (Denmark) with focus on personal training. She runs small and private workout sessions and offers diet counseling and lifestyle coaching.
In addition to the above, she is a trained reformer, aerobics, and fitness instructor. She has participated in several courses in Los Angeles and Stockholm - and in addition, she has also led a number of courses in Los Angeles, Montreal, Stockholm, Oslo, Athens and Venice.

I also had my own international dance school and dance education in Sweden and Los Angeles.
What area do you specialize in and how many years of experience do you have?
I have 35 years of teaching experience and my focus area today is reformer, pilates, personal training and small workout sessions. In addition, I do diet counseling and general health coaching.
Tell us a little about yourself?
I am extremely passionate, I live and breathe to motivate and inspire others - and I am a little obsessed with self-development.
I'm constantly looking to learn more about myself, push boundaries and dream bigger, as well as set new exciting goals.
I want to get as much power and energy out of this one life, as I'm given.
I live close to Dyrehaven, and love my morning runs, which give me lots of energy for the day! My running stimulate my creativity and I have got my best ideas while running.
Ongoing activities & past ventures that we should know about?
I start-up new VIP programs and courses on a regular basis at the studio - and very soon I'm launching my new website and online universe, which will be absolutely fantastic.
In addition, I will soon travel to Los Angeles, where I will be teaching & participating in various courses. I am always looking for new inspiration regarding mind, body, soul.
For many years I have worked with some of the greatest choreographers & dancers in the world, those who work or have worked with, for example, Justin Bieber, Michael Jackson, Beyonce, Justin Timberlake, Janet Jackson, and the list goes on. I have worked a lot in Los Angeles and I also see myself returning to Los Angeles again at some point.
