Vitamax was developed based on Orthomolecular medical principles 20 years ago and has been optimized for 20 years for the product we are very proud of. Orthomolecular medicine can also be called organic medicine. Ortho means "the right", that is, the medicine of the right molecules. The term was coined by Nobel laureate Linus Pauling. Naturally-occurring substances are used for the prevention and treatment of disease with the aim of strengthening humans and animals so that they have everything they need to be able to strengthen their health and heal themselves. It can be a supply of beneficial substances such as vitamins, minerals, amino acids, bio-flavonoids, essential fatty acids and hormones.
Vitamax does NOT contain iron and copper. Contains B12 methylcobalamin.
Vitamax is VITAVIVA's ground product and is recommended for anyone over the age of 16 who wants to supplement their daily diet with a multivitamin. Vitamax is the ultimate base and that is why we have chosen Vitamax to be part of our Daily Dose products: VITADAILY, VITAMAN and VITAMAMA.

Vitamin A has a strong antioxidant effect in the body. Vitamin A is a fat-soluble vitamin. Vitamin A helps maintain normal mucous membranes, normal skin, normal vision and normal functioning of the immune system. Vitamin A plays a role in the process of cell specialization. The precursor to Vitamin A - Beta carotene - is found in a variety of vegetable products and is converted to Vitamin A in the body as needed.
B-Vitamins are many different vitamins, all of which are water soluble. They can be excreted from the body with the urine. The B vitamins work together in a complicated biological collaboration. They are part of most of the body's enzyme processes, with some dominating more or less than others. The uptake of B vitamins depends on the stomach acid and digestion. The Vitamin B family consists of the following vitamins: B1 vitamin (thiamine), B2 vitamin (riboflavin), B3 vitamin (niacin), B5 vitamin (pantothenic acid), B6 vitamin (pyridoxine), Biotin (vitamin B-7, vitamin B-8 , Vitamin H), folic acid (folic acid, folate, folacin, vitamin B9), vitamin B12 (several types of cobalamin).
We humans do not form Vitamin C ourselves and it is therefore important to add larger amounts of Vitamin C to the body through diet and supplements. Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant that helps strengthen the immune system. Vitamin C is water soluble.
Vitamin C helps maintain the normal function of the immune system during and after intense physical exercise. Vitamin C contributes to the normal formation of collagen for the normal function of blood vessels, bones, cartilage, gums, skin and teeth. Vitamin C contributes to normal energy metabolism, normal nervous system function, normal psychological function, normal immune system function. Vitamin C contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress, reduction of fatigue and burnout, regeneration of the reduced form of vitamin E. Vitamin C increases the uptake of iron.
Vitamin D is available in various forms, of which D3 is the most active form. Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin. Vitamin D contributes to normal absorption / use of calcium and phosphorus and normal blood calcium levels. Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones, normal muscle function, normal teeth, normal functioning of the immune system. Vitamin D has a role in the process of cell division.
Vitamin E consists of the tocopherols (d-alpha, d-gamma, d-beta, and d-delta) all working together to fight the free radicals. In natural food sources, vitamin E (d-alpha-tocopherol - found in a mixture of tocopherols) works together to neutralize the free radicals. Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Vitamin E is a fat-soluble vitamin.
Vitamin K belongs to the group of fat-soluble vitamins. This means that the vitamin must dissolve in fat during digestion in order to be absorbed into the body or it will smoke out again directly. Vitamin K is available in three forms. Vitamin K1, which is called phytomenadione. This form is found in green plants and rich sources include: cabbage, broccoli, spinach and avocado. The other form is, vitamin K2, is formed in gut bacteria and it is called menakinone. The third and final form is a vitamin K synthetic, which is not recommended as a supplement. Vitamin K contributes to normal blood coagulation and maintenance of normal bones.
Selenium contributes to normal spermatogenesis, to maintaining normal hair and nails, to the normal functioning of the immune system and to the normal thyroid function, and to protecting cells from oxidative stress.
Magnesium contributes to a reduction of fatigue and burnout. It contributes to electrolyte balance, normal energy-generating metabolism and the normal functioning of the nervous system. It contributes to muscle function, normal protein synthesis and normal psychological function. Magnesium helps maintain normal bones and teeth, and it plays a role in the process of cell division.
Calcium contributes to normal blood coagulation, normal energy-producing metabolism, normal muscle function, normal neurotransmission and to a normal function of digestive enzymes. Calcium has a role in the process of cell division and specialization. Calcium is needed to maintain normal bones and teeth.
Chromium contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism and to maintaining normal blood glucose levels.
Potassium (potassium) contributes to normal nervous system function, normal muscle function and to maintaining normal blood pressure.
Amino acids are included in the structure of muscles and cells. There are 20 amino acids of importance for human biochemistry. The 8 are called essential amino acids. The individual amino acids are vital nutrients that are essential for the body's growth, regeneration, including wound healing, the immune system and the production of enzymes and hormones.
The amino acids via diet come from both plants and animals. We have to get them through our food as we do not produce them ourselves. The individual proteins are built up as a complex network of hundreds of amino acids that are linked into basic units called peptides. Two amino acids bind to a dipeptide, three to a tripeptide, four to a tetrapeptide, and many amino acids bound to form a polypeptide. Numerous polypeptides together form a protein. Our food proteins also have this structure in a dense and complicated network consisting of a very large number of amino acids.
