Tips for Dry Winter Skin

Many of us know the feeling of dry and dull winter skin - redness, dryness and generally more sensitive skin ... It is often the harsh weather and dry indoor climate that challenge the skin, why it is important to take extra care of it during the winter months. We've put together a number of essential tips to help you regain glow and moisture


Maybe you already use a little oil in your day cream to make it extra nourishing? The same goes for nourishing the skin from the inside! It is actually SUPER important for your skin and body to get good oils every day (1).  The best oils are among others Omega 3 oil, Olive oil, and Coconut oil - whether you get them from your diet or supplements, is not important as long as you get them. Just be aware that they should be of high quality - and if you take Omega 3, be sure to check the purity of the product.

Coconut oil is great as a supplement and as a part of your skincare routine (2). It's great to use as a body oil or hair mask. If you take it as a supplement you benefit from its anti-inflammatory and anti-fungus properties.
