1. AIM FOR STRONG SKIN!
Give the skin a selection of nutrients to make it stronger and more resilient! There are a number of essential vitamins and minerals that supports healthy and strong skin. Go for essential vitamins and minerals like:
- Vitamin A (beta-carotene)
- Vitamin B3
- Vitamin C
- Vitamin E
- Zinc
- Selenium
- Copper
2. THE GLUE IN YOUR SKIN!
To keep your skin firm and smooth, make sure your collagen level is in good shape. Collagen acts as the glue that holds your skin, bones and body together. Your own collagen production naturally decrease when you get past 30 years and it also depends on your diet.
You can support your own collagen production by adding collagen to your diet and making sure to accompany it with Vitamin C. These two micronutrients are best friends when it comes to supporting your own collagen synthesis.
3. STIMULATION & HYDRATION!
For extra glow make sure to stimulate your skin on a weekly or daily basis. Make sure to dry brush your body a couple of times a week and use a gua-sha/faceroller on your facial complexion. You can also do a small face massage during your night routine.
Why? To get the blood circulation going and stimulate new skin cell growth. Of course, also make sure to drink enough water during the day. Your skin highly depends on hydration from within!
4. PIGMENTATION & SHADE
Many struggle with uneven facial pigmentation. These are mostly caused by sun damage or hormonal change. To support the skins natural pigmentation, we always recommend a supplement with Copper.
Furthermore use a good SPF (mineral filter) and use a sun hat when the UV rays are strong.
Go for our 3 in 1 Beauty Booster as it contains Copper to support normal pigmentation.
5. BETA-CAROTENE
Beta-carotene is a precursor to Vitamin A (retinol). Vitamin A supports a normal and healthy skin, however your body can only handle certain amounts of vitamin A, which is why Beta-Carotene is so amazing. There are no upper tolerable levels on Beta-Carotene according to EFSA (European Food Safety)! The advantage of Beta-Carotene is that the body only converts as much as it needs.
Beta-carotene is a red/orange pigment found in many fresh fruits and vegetables - ex carrots are super high on Beta-Carotene. It is a true skin-hero!
