THE CLEANSING PROGRAM

Both 15 Day Cleanse and 7 Day Cleanse are based on several natural ingredients, such as senna leaves, cascara sagrada, psyllium shells, lacidophilus, aloe vera, flax seeds, and more. These are carefully chosen to stimulate your bowels, which can be beneficial if, for example, you are bothered by bloating or irregular visits to the toilet. 

WHICH DO I CHOOSE - 7 OR 15 DAY?
Good question! We always recommend the 15 Day Cleanse for the first time you cleanse, because the 7 Day Cleanse is very intense for some.  If you have cleansed before, the choice is up to you.

THE FOLLOW UP?
To give you the best possible transition to your normal diet and lifestyle, we recommend taking the Maintenance Cleanse after the 15 or 7 Day Cleanse. This cleanse is a mild stimulating cleanse making sure your gut stays active after the main cleanse. You take the Maintenance Cleanse for 1 month.
