Tell us a little about yourself

In my private life, I love to balance out a wider social lifestyle combined with a more inward lifestyle including yoga, meditation, and stand up paddling sessions. I need both to be happiest. I love trying out new restaurants, going to art house cinemas, and discovering new biodynamic wine bars. But I also do love more spiritual-minded activities, more focused on food for the soul.

I’m a true connector, as that is what I love doing most. I love matching people, brands, and businesses together. I see my work as cross-pollination, where I united products and people. See new things grow from there. I started my career in advertising but after a year or so I decided to look into public relations. Soon after switching, I became the co-founder of Ganbaroo. Ganbaroo PR PR is one of the leading fashion & lifestyle PR and Positioning agencies in the Netherlands. Originally based around fashion, couture and luxury brands, the client portfolio has evolved to include more and more lifestyle, culture, and design brands. What is your everyday routine?

As a mother to a fantastic 3,5-year-old girl, I am very aware of the need for a more structured and balanced out lifestyle than before I had a child. I love travelling and doing things, I’m a fairly active person and so is my girl. I, therefore, need to be more strict on how much can be done in one day. As a mother, I feel what is good for me through my daughter. She mirrors my being and lifestyle.

What is your approach to a healthy lifestyle?

To me, food, supplements, physical and mental training are the key to a healthy lifestyle. However, I do need to indulge without feeling bad about doing so. I have therefore become very good at balancing out.

Why did you start taking VITAVIVA? How do they affect your everyday life?

I’m taking the Vitadaily, extra vitamin D, probiotics, and when I feel low in energy or sick I take VITAMAX. My daughter Pippa takes the multi-vitamins and probiotics for kids.
