We are a small family of three - Anna, Peter, and our dog Rihanna. We work in the media and podcast-business and besides that, we enjoy spending most of the day together because we are so privileged to be both married and business partners.
We met in 2017 and have been hanging out ever since. In the holistic world, it is probably called soulmates, life companions, or the great love of our lives.
What is your daily routine?
We start pretty much every morning with a cold glass of water, at times freshly squeezed celery juice made by "Anna + Juicen" to perfection, (it tastes relatively disgusting, but you just got to get it down), a handful of morning vitamins (C-, D-, Organic Greens, and Coconut Oil, Omega3, GlucoXtra) and a brisk walk with the dog to our favorite coffee bar, Prolog, where a shot of double espresso and a cappuccino on oat milk awaits us.
We try to prioritize exercise/work out and healthy food at home every day. We mostly live by a 16:8 principle, but there is of course room for tacos, croissants, and sweet treats. When you feel like it, you are allowed to. Our best routine is probably that we are pretty good at having each other back.
Simple. We go for the "easy" solution! It is not difficult for us because the feeling related to a great routine, the right vitamins at the right times combined with love and honesty, has become a standard in our home. It's not that we are afraid of calories, a good steak, or white carbohydrates, we just really think about the sources of the food we eat - that is very important to us.
P: It has almost become a public deed to point fingers at people who don't eat their way through life. Gravy, fries, weekend candy, and other empty calories have become a sacred routine for the public - but the fact is, that we extensively live and eat in ways that are not healthy for us humans. These circumstances are clearly reflected in our public health. Modern life is somehow arranged like a Zoo - we people are the ones sitting in cages starring into nothingness. That truth is often ill-heard and if you choose to share it, you get lynched! I feel blessed to be married to someone who supports my structured and quiet life. A life that might seem boring to many. We work out a lot (varied and intense) and don't eat foods with a long list of numbers in the ingredient list - we believe in natural sources with no additives.
First of all, because we can feel the difference. The products are composed intelligently and we have just had a period between homes, which has resulted in skipping some of our regular supplement routines, and the difference is very noticeable.
A: I feel a huge difference in body energy and surplus when I get the micronutrients that I need. It has become one of the most sacred things in my routine: that I get my supplements every day! I started taking Coconut Oil, Omega3, Flaxseed, Magnesium, and GlucoXtra, which have made my joints happy! Besides that, the Great Hair Complex has been great for my curly hair.
P: I have a long history of injuries and I still demand a lot from my body daily - which I intend to do for as long as I can. Because of that, I must make sure to maintain a healthy corpus questi.
