Tell us a little about yourself
I’m danish, I used to chase around the world looking for the best conditions to snowboard, then I did some radio and everything changed after that. Everything except for me at least. I stay the same.
What is your everyday routine?
One Bulletproof coffeee, a fistful of vitamins, a solid session of crossfit followed swiftly by a serious feast washed down with coconutwater. No better way to start the day. Hands down.
What is your approach to a healthy lifestyle?
No slacking. I follow a diet based on what works and stay busy at my local crossfit affiliate. I don’t smoke, drink or party and I try my best to stay away from any negative influences. Be it people or surroundings.
I eat the right stuff and try to stay away from all the shitty food that’s trying it’s best to kill us all.
I know what’s right and what’s wrong at this point in my life. So when it’s falls into the ‘wrong category’ I make sure it’s worth it. No matter what I eat I make sure that’s it’s organic. Besides this I try my best to get enough sleep and make sure that I never ever feel weighted down by my calender. I cancel stuff all the time, if I’m not feeling it. Must be annoying…
Why did you start taking VITAVIVA? How do they affect your everyday life?
I had some injuries that kept my from doing what I wanted to and after watching me sulk for a month or so my good friend Morten introduced me to Robert, a Body SDS miracle worker (and probably some sort of witchdoctor) who sorted me out and put me on a series of Vitaviva supplements to get me back on track. It worked. So I was hooked. Specifically they help my joints, my restitution and metabolism.
Which are your favorite VITAVIVA products and why?
Glucosamine, coconutoil and Tumeric. I have a lot of old warwounds from 20 years on a snowboard, so I constantly have to look after my body in any way possible if I want to keep doing the stuff that I am currently doing physically.
If you could choose one VITAVIVA product which would it be and why?
My knees gets to call this one….. Glucosamine. No contest. I’m missing an ACL-joint in my right knee. So it’s a no brainer.
Do you have a mantra that you swear by?
Yes. This, by Gregg Glassman:
“Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. I practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports.”
