Tell us a little about yourself

I'm Nelle Noell, 30, blogger, podcast and entrepreneur. Living in Nørrebro, Copenhagen with my cat Emma. I love to travel and experience new things. In general, I love everything new.

What is your everyday routine?

I wake up and meditate, maybe some yoga. I work mostly at home, or go out to meetings. I genuinely try to have a good and positive vibration in all I do. In the evening I make a vegetarian evening meal, read in a book and go to bed before 22.

What is your approach to a healthy lifestyle?

To take care of both body and mind. Everything depends on balance.

Why did you start taking VITAVIVA? How do they affect your everyday life?

Because I needed some supplements that worked.

Is VITAVIVA different than other supplements you have taken? If so, why?

Yes, because you feel the difference in your body when you are taking supplements.

If you could choose one VITAVIVA product which would it be and why?

Mood Formula - absolutely.

Do you have a mantra that you swear by?

To try everything once and that everything in life is learning process.

  1. Chromium 100 capsules

Chromium is a trace mineral that aids in the digestion of proteins, fatty acids and carbohydrates.

    Chromium contributes to:

    - normal macronutrient metabolism.

Macronutrients are the energizing nutrients, carbohydrate, fat, protein and alcohol. Chromium contributes to the turnover of these macronutrients.

    - to maintain normal blood glucose levels.

The concentration of glucose in the blood, the blood sugar, is very precisely regulated in humans about 5 mmol / l. The concentration is greatest right after a meal, but glucose is quickly used by the tissues. The balance is maintained by consumption and production of glucose at respectively the build-up and breakdown of glycogen in muscles and the liver, and in the formation of glucose by gluconeogenesis, ie. based on glycerol from adipose tissue and muscle lactic acid. The metabolism of the brain is entirely dependent on glucose which is supplied via the blood.
