Tell us a little about yourself

I am Nelle Noell 32 years holistic therapist, Reiki healer, and entrepreneur. I live in my apartment in Nørrebro. I love to travel, learn, and experience new things. In general, I am a person who is constantly evolving, whether it is through education or in the form of self-development.

What is your everyday routine?

I wake up, meditate, and occasionally do some yoga. I drink my much-loved Matcha along with my supplements while listening to podcasts or music. I turn on my diffuser, with essential oils that fit the energy I want during the day. I prioritise having a positive and light energy in everything I do, therefore my mornings are (mostly) long and gentle. Then the day develops according to my needs, appointments, meetings and whatever else is in my calendar :) I do not work full time, so there are days where I have more time off than others. It is an active choice I have made following my body and mind. Over time, I have found that I can not cope with a stressful everyday life, which is why I give high priority to my free time.

What is your approach to a healthy lifestyle?

I believe that body and mind are connected. Many physical challenges have first arisen in the mind before they have settled into the body. Our body and intuition constantly speak to us, the question is simply whether we dare to listen and follow the instructions we are given.

Why did you start taking VITAVIVA? How do they affect your everyday life?

How do they affect your everyday life? I can feel a big difference with VITAVIVA, not only in the body but also on the mind. We do not get enough vitamins and minerals through our diet at all because we mass-produce and over-consume, which is why I think it is essential for everyone to take supplements. So the body has the best base and conditions to function optimally.

Is VITAVIVA different than other supplements you have taken? If so, why?

Absolutely. I can feel a clear difference, both when I consume supplements and take a break from them. That way I can regulate and feel what my body needs.

Do you have a mantra that you swear by?

I have several. One of them is to try everything at least once. You can only get wiser. That's why I always say yes before no. Which may not always be the smartest thing, but it gives me a lot of experiences and good stories :)

Which are your favourite VITAVIVA products and why?

Mood formula - my All Time Favourite

Vitasport - brilliant for my joints

Chrome - for my sugar cravings

Vitamax - forms the basis for the rest of the supplements.

There are definitely more, but those were just the ones I could come up with.

  1. Chromium 100 capsules

Chromium is a trace mineral that aids in the digestion of proteins, fatty acids and carbohydrates.

    Chromium contributes to:

    - normal macronutrient metabolism.

Macronutrients are the energizing nutrients, carbohydrate, fat, protein and alcohol. Chromium contributes to the turnover of these macronutrients.

    - to maintain normal blood glucose levels.

The concentration of glucose in the blood, the blood sugar, is very precisely regulated in humans about 5 mmol / l. The concentration is greatest right after a meal, but glucose is quickly used by the tissues. The balance is maintained by consumption and production of glucose at respectively the build-up and breakdown of glycogen in muscles and the liver, and in the formation of glucose by gluconeogenesis, ie. based on glycerol from adipose tissue and muscle lactic acid. The metabolism of the brain is entirely dependent on glucose which is supplied via the blood.
