I am 31 years old and live in Skovshoved with my husband Casper and our two munchies Lucca and Willum. I LOVE to travel and I already dream of the next destination before we land in Copenhagen again.
How is your everyday routine?
When our daughter is sent off to the nursery, I take a quick shower, a bowl of oatmeal with almonds and blueberries, a handful of vitamins and a large cup while Willum sleeps in the morning. During my pregnancies, I got turned off the daily coffee and I start instead of the day with black tea with milk.
What is your approach to a healthy lifestyle?
Everything in moderations! I believe that life should both be healthy and fun :-)
Why did you start taking VITAVIVA? How did they affect your everyday life?
I have grown up with medical parents, where the attitude is that you can gain everything your body needs through a healthy and varied diet. I know that they are right in principle, but in a busy lifestyle and in a world where one cannot trust that one's fish contains Omega3, I am convinced that it is sensible to boost a diet with supplements and vitamins. Besides, I am very rarely sick and feel that I have plenty of energy and a large surplus in everyday life despite periods of very little sleep - so why stop now? :)
Which are your favourite VITAVIVA products and why?
I LOVED the VITAMAMA when i was preganant and breastfeeding my children.
I have used the supplement during my pregnancy because it contains the perfect combination of oils, vitamins, folinic acid, and probiotics - benefiting both me and the baby. It is also ingenious that they are packed in daily doses, which only makes it even easier to remember them every day.
