TELL US A LITTLE ABOUT YOURSELF?

I am a Swede living in Copenhagen since almost 5 years. I am a passionate “lifestyler” (not sure that was a word before just now) that always is on the go to find the perfect life balance, the perfect oat cappuccino, the perfect antique side table or just the perfect joke. 
 
Professionally I am the CEO of the fashion house By Malene Birger and also co-founder of luxury rug brand Cappelen Dimyr. I’m dedicated to storytelling, verbally as well as visually. 
 
I live with my husband Jacob who has been my “all in life” since almost 20 years and our two kids Ava and August.
 

WHAT IS YOUR EVERYDAY ROUTINE?

I’ll give you the one for 2023 since this was my main New Year’s resolution; get routines. 
 
So, I wake up and drink a room temp glass of water with a squeezed lemon in it. Before I go to work I also make sure to drink the perfect coffee I think Danes make their coffee way to light. I need it dark and strong! 
 
I also make myself a green smoothie based on frozen passion fruits, cale, spinach, ginger juice and a banana and take the favorites from Vitaviva which right now are Nourishing Coconut Oil, Vitamax, Colon Complex, Green Detox and Great Hair Complex.
 

WHAT IS YOUR APPROACH TO A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE?

Exercise three times a week is my main ingrediency to feel strong and healthy - preferable outdoors. It clears the thoughts and fills me with energy. 
 
I go to sleep early in the evening, drink loads of water and eat good food. I also think it’s important to be kind towards yourself. Make sure to treat your body and yourself with things that make you happy; good food, nice wine and time with the ones you love. 
 
The world makes sure to tell you what you should do better, I try to tell myself that I’m good enough. Maintain the “mañana” mindset once in a while.
 

WHY DID YOU START TAKING VITAVIVA? HOW DO THEY AFFECT YOUR EVERYDAY LIFE? 

I have always been interested in supplements that supports a healthy lifestyle, so I’ve got Vitaviva recommended through a friend. I make sure to include them in my morning routine so I don’t forget it, especially needed in the dark Nordic winter months.
