15 Days is a maximum strength formula containing several natural and light effective laxatives such as psyllium husks, chlorella, flaxseed, licorice root, artichoke leaves, l.acidophilus, aloe vera, turmeric root and more.
Natural laxatives are foods or herbs that contribute you to cleanse your gut. Natural laxatives work in different ways. They can be divided into the following categories: Stimulant laxatives, Mechanical laxatives and Osmotic laxatives.
Stimulant laxatives are called cleansers that are considered stimulants because they function on the intestinal muscles and have certain components that also affect the colon to stimulate bowel movements. They also work on your intestinal walls and increase the production of minerals and fluids and decrease the ability of the intestines to absorb sodium and chlorine. Mechanical laxatives are fibre-rich laxatives that add volume to your stools, retain water and moisturize the intestinal walls, and help in the most natural way to promote bowel muscle movements to help you go to the bathroom. These include soluble and insoluble fibres.
Psyllium is a form of fibre made from the husks of the Plantago ovata plant’s seeds. It sometimes goes by the name ispaghula. It’s most commonly known as a laxative. Psyllium is a bulk-formin laxative. This means it soaks up water in your gut and makes bowel movements much easier and can help promote regularity without increasing flatulence.
Lactobacillus acidophilus is a type of bacteria found in your intestines. It's a member of the Lactobacillus genus of bacteria, and it plays a role in human digestion. Its name gives an indication of what it produces — lactic acid. It does this by producing an enzyme called lactase. Lactase breaks down lactose, a sugar found in milk, into lactic acid.
Suggested use:
For a short-term cleansing program: 2 capsules in the morning and 2 capsules taken at bedtime with 8 ounces of water for up to 15 days.
This product should be taken along with a sensible diet. It is recommended that you stay clear of alcohol, refined sugars, gluten, and dairy during the 15 days period for optimal results.
WARNING: This product contains cape aloe (Aloe ferox). This product should be consumed with at least a full glass of liquid because of the Psyllium which swells when consuming it. Consuming this product without enough liquid may cause choking. If you experience chest pain, vomiting, or difficulty in swallowing or breathing after taking this product, seek immediate medical attention. Do not consume this product if you have difficulty swallowing. This product is not intended for pregnant or nursing mothers or children under the age of 18. Do not use this product if you have abdominal pain, diarrhoea or loose stools. Do not use this product for more than one week nor exceed the recommended daily dose. Rectal bleeding and/or failure to have a bowel movement after the use of a laxative formula may be an indication of a more serious condition. Should this occur, or if you have a known medical condition and are taking medication, consult your physician prior to taking this or any dietary supplement.
There may be cases of extreme discomfort, abdominal pains, nausea, and dizziness. If these symptoms occur during the cleanse, immediately stop using the capsules.
