Maintenance Cleanse is a proprietary blend of ingredients: oat hull fiber, prune powder, psyllium husks, aloe vera powder, l. acidophilus, bentonite clay, flaxseed powder, apple pectin powder and glucomannan powder etc.
Maintenance Cleanse works as a light cleanse to stimulte your digestion and bowel movements. It is not as effective as 15 Day Cleanse.
We always recommend to follow up 15 Day Cleanse with Maintenance Cleanse, to secure the transition from the 15 Day Cleanse to your normal diet.
This product is relevant for you if you want a mild stimulation of the intestines or have just completed the 15 Day Cleanse and wish to maintain gentle cleansing while transitioning back to your normal routine.
Each bottle contains 90 capsules – take 2-3 capsules per day.
You take it as a 1 month treatment (2-3 capsules a day).
This product may be taken on a daily basis and should always be taken together with a healthy and balanced diet.

Psyllium is a form of fiber made from the husks of the Plantago ovata plant’s seeds. It sometimes goes by the name ispaghula. It’s most commonly known as a laxative. Psyllium is a bulk-formin laxative. This means it soaks up water in your gut and makes bowel movements much easier and can help promote regularity without increasing flatulence. Psyllium is a prebiotic.
Bentonite clay is an absorbent kind of clay that typically forms after volcanic ash ages. It’s named after Fort Benton, Wyoming, where the largest source of the clay can be found, but calcium bentonite clay is found all over the world. This clay has a unique composition.
Oats are widely regarded as one of the healthiest grains you can eat, as they’re packed with many important vitamins, minerals, and fiber. The oat grain (Avena sativa) is harvested and processed to remove the inedible outer hull. What’s left is the oat groat, which is further processed to make oatmeal. Oat bran is the outer layer of the oat groat, which sits just beneath the inedible hull. While oat groats and steel-cut oats naturally contain bran, oat bran is also sold separately as its own product.
Prune/ Plums are extremely nutritious. They contain many vitamins and minerals, in addition to fiber and antioxidants.
Dosage: 3 capsules daily - one for each meal with a large glass of water.
