Grapefruit Seed Extract is a highly concentrated extract with a broad spectrum of activity. It is an organic compound whose active ingredient is extracted from the seed of grapefruit. It contains various terpenes, vitamin C and amino acids.
Some people choose to use it by diluting it in water and gargling, while others might dilute it in water for various purposes, including addressing skin discomfort caused by stings and insect bites.

• Do not use full strength in mouth, ears, nostrils, or sensitive areas.

Ingredients:
Carrier: vegetarian glycerin, grapefruit seed extract (Citrus × paradisi).
Dosage: 5-15 drops mixed in a little water or juice, one to three times daily. Hold under the tongue for a few minutes or turn off and swallow.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A dietary supplement cannot replace a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place for optimal storage conditions. (59° -77° F / 15°-25° C) (35-65% relative humidity). Not suitable for children.
