Tell us a little about yourself?
Besides being a father and a lover to my loving girlfriend; I am a songwriter, musician, and producer. Music is at the core of most things I do in my life, and I would be completely lost without it.
What is your everyday routine?
It really differs every month. Depending on whether I’m in the studio or on stage.
Sometimes when I play a concert I come home at 2 am and I’ll sleep in the next day. When I have studio days I like to plan it so I can go to bed at a ‘normal’ hour.
I try to start every day with two hours of studying and writing. Also, I try to hit the gym every other day. I just said ‘try’ twice.
What is your approach to a healthy lifestyle?
I am always looking to challenge myself in ways to get healthier. I have long felt the huge advantages of healthy eating. A year ago I cut out most of the refined sugars out of my diet. That was a big one for me since I LOVE chocolate & ice cream. My mind has been a lot more clear since. I find it easier to focus now that I’m not high on sugar all the time.
The latest obsession is making sure I get my 8 hours of sleep every night. Not easy with my work and a 10-year-old, but we do pretty well at the house.
Why did you start taking VITAVIVA? How do they affect your everyday life?
Since eight years I’ve been (somewhat) vegetarian. I eat fish every now and then, but there are essential things I miss in my diet.
I came across VITAVIVA through a friend, and have been in love with the products since.

There’s hardly ever a good excuse to not try anything new for three weeks!
