Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Yes. Log in to your account, open Manage Membership and click Cancel. There is no cancellation fee. You keep all of your benefits until the end of your current billing period.
Does the 10% discount combine with promotions and codes?
The Plus 10% discount is applied automatically at checkout and combines with most ongoing site-wide promotions and your loyalty points. It cannot be combined with one-off discount codes such as launch codes or quiz codes.
How does triple loyalty points work?
Members earn three loyalty points for every €1 spent instead of one. 100 points equal €1 off your next order. Points are added automatically once your order ships, and can be redeemed at any time.
What is the difference between monthly and annual billing?
Monthly billing is €6.50 per month with no commitment. Annual billing is €65 per year, saving 17% (€13). Both renew automatically and can be cancelled at any time from your account.
How do I receive my welcome gift?
Your welcome gift is added automatically to the first order you place after signing up — it is packed before shipping and you do not need to do anything.
Is the membership fee a recurring charge?
Yes. Your card is charged €6.50 every month, or €65 once a year, depending on the plan you choose. You can switch billing frequency or cancel from your account at any time.
