Colon Complex is a herbal and fibre-based blend combining plant extracts, natural fibres and selected botanicals traditionally used to support normal bowel function and intestinal transit. It includes ingredients such as psyllium husk, fennel, ginger, aloe vera, apple pectin and senna.

The formula combines different types of fibres and plant extracts to support normal digestive function and regularity as part of a balanced diet. It is intended for short-term or occasional use and should always be taken with sufficient fluid intake.

Recommended use: As a dietary supplement take one (1) capsule at bedtime with 8 ounces of water.

Colon Complex can be used as a 30-day program or taken occasionally as needed. It is not intended for continuous use beyond 30 days without a break or professional advice.
