15 Day Cleanse Pack

The 15 Day Cleanse Pack is Vitaviva’s signature cleanse programme, combining our 15 Day Cleanse, Maintenance Cleanse, and Cleanse Guide e-book into one complete programme. It is designed to support you through a structured 15-day cleansing period followed by a 30-day gentle transition phase, helping you maintain consistency throughout the process.

This bundle brings together both the practical products and educational support you need, making it easier to follow a clear routine without guesswork.

How the programme works

The cleanse is typically used over 15 consecutive days, followed by daily intake of Maintenance Cleanse phase, which helps ease the body back into a normal daily routine. During the cleanse period, the products are taken daily as part of a simple evening routine with water.

To support your experience, the bundle also includes the Cleanse Guide e-book, which provides meal inspiration, recipes, and practical lifestyle advice to follow alongside the programme.

The Cleanse Guide
The Cleanse Guide is an essential part of the experience. It provides:

• 7-day meal inspiration (repeatable for a 15-day plan)
• Simple daily structure during the cleanse
• Guidance on foods to focus on during the programme
• Practical tips to support consistency and routine

This helps you follow the cleanse in a more structured and informed way.

Recommended use:
First 15 days: Take two (2) capsules 15 day cleanse before bedtime with a large glass of water.
Next 30 days: Take three (3) capsules Maintenance Cleanse daily - one for each meal with a large glass of water to support a smooth transition back to a normal diet.

WARNING (15 Day Cleanse): This product contains cape aloe (Aloe ferox), cascara sagrada, and senna leaves. This product should be consumed with at least a full glass of liquid because of the Psyllium which swells when consuming it. Consuming this product without enough liquid may cause choking. If you experience chest pain, vomiting, or difficulty in swallowing or breathing after taking this product, seek immediate medical attention. Do not consume this product if you have difficulty swallowing. This product is not intended for pregnant or nursing mothers or children under the age of 18. Do not use this product if you have abdominal pain, diarrhoea or loose stools. Do not use this product for more than one week nor exceed the recommended daily dose. Rectal bleeding and/or failure to have a bowel movement after the use of a laxative formula may be an indication of a more serious condition. Should this occur, or if you have a known medical condition and are taking medication, consult your physician prior to taking this or any dietary supplement. 

There may be cases of extreme discomfort, abdominal pains, nausea, and dizziness. If these symptoms occur during the cleanse, immediately stop using the capsules.
