TELL US A BIT ABOUT YOURSELF
I am probably what you would call an active soul. Alongside my running, I am studying to become a physiotherapist, working with online running coaching, and I am also a nutrition advisor. In other words, running and health take up a lot of space in my life and are a big part of my identity. I do not have one single clear goal, but I am constantly working on becoming better than yesterday and developing as a runner.
HOW DID YOU DISCOVER VITAVIVA?
Through word of mouth from a running friend. I got curious and looked into it myself, and I liked that they had gathered the supplements I was interested in all in one place.
WHAT DOES YOUR DAILY ROUTINE LOOK LIKE?
It varies a lot depending on my training plan, but it often starts with a morning training session. After that I study and work, and typically I have another training session later in the day. The rest is about food, downtime, and recovery.
WHAT IS YOUR APPROACH TO A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE?

IS THERE A MANTRA YOU LIVE BY?
I actually have two that I really stick to: “Keep showing up”, because good things take time. And also “You miss 100 percent of the chances you do not take.”
