I work at the intersection of art, culture and creativity, moving across a variety of cultural platforms. No two days are ever quite the same, and they are often intense and demanding. That is precisely why I prioritise my health and wellbeing. When the body functions optimally, it creates space for new perspectives and creative thinking. It gives me the energy to stay focused, remain proactive, and navigate complex processes with clarity and ease.

WHAT IS YOUR EVERYDAY ROUTINE?

Unfortunately, I was not born a morning person. Instead, I have a few simple rituals that create an anchor point in an otherwise busy day. I begin with warm water and freshly squeezed lemon, take time for reflection, and consciously fill my mind with positive thoughts. An espresso follows, and with renewed energy, I move into the day ahead. I eat intuitively, focusing on vegetables, healthy fats, and high-quality ingredients. Aesthetics play an important role in my life, including when it comes to food. We are influenced by our surroundings far more than we often realise.

WHAT DOES WELLBEING MEAN TO YOU?

Wellbeing is the foundation of everything — including creativity. When body and mind are in balance, both our perception of the world and our ability to create become sharper. We become more open, more present, and the world reveals itself with greater clarity and beauty. I approach wellbeing in much the same way I approach art: with curiosity, intention, and an uncompromising appreciation for quality.
