Cellulite Away

Cellulite Away is a unique complex of cayenne pepper, ginger root, hawthorn, niacin and more.

Cellulite appears because the fat in the subcutaneous tissue accumulates in small "caves" in the connective tissue between the epidermis and the muscles. The older we get, the stiffer the connective tissue becomes, and the more visible the bumps become. Cellulite is also said to be hereditary and therefore some women are predisposed to cellulite, even at an early age.

Niacin contributes to maintenance of normal skin. Hawthorn berries are tiny fruits that grow on trees and shrubs belonging to the Crataegusgenus. The genus includes hundreds of species commonly found in Europe, North America, and Asia. Their berries are packed with nutrition and have a tart, tangy taste and mild sweetness, ranging in color from yellow to deep red to black.

For centuries, hawthorn berry has been a key part of traditional Chinese medicine and used as an herbal remedy for digestive problems, heart failure, and high blood pressure.

Hawthorn berry is a rich source of polyphenols, which are powerful antioxidant compounds found in plants. Antioxidants help neutralize unstable molecules called free radicals that can harm your body when they are present at high levels. These molecules can come from poor diet, as well as environmental toxins like air pollution and cigarette smoke.

Ginger is a flowering plant that originated from China. It belongs to the Zingiberaceae family, and is closely related to turmeric, cardamom and galangal. The rhizome (underground part of the stem) is the part commonly used as a spice. It is often called ginger root, or simply ginger. Ginger has a very long history of use in various forms of traditional/alternative medicine. Ginger can be used fresh, dried, powdered, or as an oil or juice, and is sometimes added to processed foods and cosmetics. It is a very common ingredient in recipes. The unique fragrance and flavor of ginger come from its natural oils, the most important of which is gingerol.

Arginine is a type of amino acid that’s important for regulating blood flow. Amino acids are the building blocks of protein. Proteins are digested into amino acids and then absorbed into the body. They can be taken apart and put back together in different ways to make the different proteins your body needs. Your body can make amino acids on its own, but others, considered essential amino acids, must come from the food you eat.

For nutritional purposes, amino acids are divided into three categories:

  • Nonessential: Your body can produce these in sufficient amounts to meet the body’s needs.
  • Essential: Your body can’t produce these, so you need to get them from foods.
  • Semi-essential: These amino acids aren’t essential under normal circumstances, but may be in certain situations.

Arginine is a semi-essential amino acid because it’s typically needed for children’s growth, but is nonessential for healthy adults. Your body can also make arginine in addition to getting it from food sources, so deficiencies are rare. However, a person during times of stress and rapid growth can become deficient in arginine if the body’s production doesn’t meet its requirements.

Cayenne peppers are a type of chili pepper. They belong to the nightshade family of flowering plants. They were originally grown in Central and South America, but brought to Europe in the 15th century by Christopher Columbus. Cayenne peppers are a popular spice used in many different regional styles of cooking, and they have been used medicinally for thousands of years. These peppers boast an impressive nutrition profile, which includes a variety of antioxidants that are beneficial for your health. Capsaicin, the active ingredient in cayenne peppers, is what gives them their properties. It also gives them their hot taste. In fact, how hot a cayenne pepper is depends on its capsaicin content. The more capsaicin it contains, the hotter it is.
