I call Stockholm home, where I live with my husband Tobias and our son Ramses. But I really try to spend as much time as possible in my fantastic tropical house in beautiful Trancoso, Brazil.

I see myself as an adventurer and love the finer things in life - human relationships, books, music, art, and fashion.

I have always been deeply fascinated by people and what shapes us into who we are. That's why I value my job as a therapist, and together with my husband Tobias, we run www.samtalsinstitutet.se. We are also constantly working on new exciting projects.

WHAT IS YOUR DAILY ROUTINE?

Honestly, I'm not good at following the same routine every day, and I definitely need more structure. But there are three things I do regularly. The first is that I am meticulous about taking care of my skin with quality products and sunscreen, never less than SPF 50.

Secondly, I make sure to take the right vitamins, which I take before bedtime, and then most importantly of all - I hug my son.

WHAT IS YOUR APPROACH TO A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE?

For me, a healthy lifestyle is about being in a relationship that makes me feel good and spending time with my family and friends. It's important for me to take care of my mental health and give myself the best opportunities to feel well.

I am truly a hedonist who enjoys food, wine, and late-night conversations, but on weekdays, I try to exercise, see my osteopath every other week, and eat healthily.

WHY DID YOU START TAKING VITAVIVA? HOW DOES IT AFFECT YOUR DAILY LIFE?
