TELL US A LITTLE ABOUT YOURSELF AND YOUR ROUTINES:

I am a multitasker with many interests, working across different industries, which is why I need routines, structures, and order around me to stay focused. It provides me with a sense of security and stability. I'm definitely not a morning person, so I value quiet mornings with time to wake up in a reflective way before facing the external world.

My morning routine always starts with a L-Glutamine drink from Vitaviva, and then I enjoy my bulletproof coffee ritual with three espresso shots with a bit of coconut oil or Omega-3 oil. In less stressful periods, I try to drink a couple of glasses of warm water with lemon and ginger, which is anti-inflammatory and good for my body. WHAT IS YOUR APPROACH TO A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE?

Both my mother and my son have always immersed themselves in health topics related to the latest research and ancient natural medicine forms. Their significant interest and knowledge about the health of the body and mind have always inspired me. However, it took me several years to figure out what works best for my body and lifestyle. When I was younger, I tried to live completely "correctly" in terms of diet. I experimented with various supplements, body treatments, different detox programs, and more. However, the entire healthy regimen I tried at that time was in itself a full-time job and was not realistic to maintain in my busy, pragmatic world, especially when I travelled a lot.

In general, I live healthily, especially when I have time to dig into my healthy routines. Unfortunately, I'm not kind to myself when stress creeps into my life. Then, I find it challenging to control my sweet cravings, which cause fatigue and disrupt my sleep, which is already quite sensitive. It's a paradox in itself because my common sense knows that when the body is stressed out, that's precisely when one should be healthy and kind to oneself. Unfortunately, I don't always succeed in overcoming my inner demons.

But I've reached a point in my life where I prefer to let go of guilt and accept that my life consists of some less healthy days, which I compensate for with completely healthy days afterwards, allowing my body to recover. It's my honest way of balancing. And good dietary supplements help both cleanse my body from stress and provide the nourishment and energy that I need.
