Vision Support is a combination of Vitamin A, Zinc, Lutein, Bilberry and a number of selected plants and amino acids. It is formulated to support a healthy and normal vision.
Especially Vitamin A and Zinc are related to eye health, as they both contribute to the normal function of the vision.
The human eye is an important and complex sense organ - and eye health goes hand-in-hand with your general health. Don't take your eyes for granted as they are complex organs like any other. There are many things that affect your vision; your lifestyle, your age, the sun, your eyewear and your diet etc.
Especially Vitamin A (retinol) is important for your vision. You normally get Vitamin A from animal sources like liver, eggs and dairy products. However, you can also get Vitamin A from antioxidant plant compounds called beta-carotene, found in high amounts in some fruits and vegetables.
Further more Zinc also contributes to a normal vision. Your eyes naturally contain high amounts of Zinc, which is why we have added Zinc to this formula. Typical natural sources of Zinc are oysters, meat, pumpkin seeds, and peanuts.
Lutein is a yellow carotenoid antioxidants known as macular pigments. They are naturally concentrated in the macula, the central part of your retina, which is a layer of light-sensitive cells on the back wall of your eyeball. We have of course added Lutein to Vission Support.
As Omega 3 (DHA/EPA) also contribute to a healthy vision, we recommend to combine this product with Omega 3 (DHA/EPA) with Vision Support. This health benefit only applies with a daily dose of 250 mg DHA.
This product is relevant for you if you wish to support your vision.
