Favourite Greens contains a long list of nature's amazing vegetables, berries, and grasses - all organic. You will find i.a. TABLETS VS POWDER?

We have chosen to make Favourite Greens on tablets and not as a loose powder, which this type of product often comes in. We have done this to offer an alternative to those who dislike the taste of a greens powder in their smoothie or just do not remember to use a loose powder daily.

The small green tablets are easy to take with a glass of water. They smell slightly of dry green and can also easily be blended into a smoothie or juice.

The National Board of Health recommends that you eat 600 g of fruit and vegetables a day, but unfortunately, very few people achieve that goal. At VITAVIVA, we like to prioritize the green element in our daily diet.

A dietary supplement is, of course, not enough to cover your needs, as the primary source of green must come from your diet. But in our view, incorporating a greens powder in your daily diet is definitely a contribution to the green goal of 600 g of fruit and vegetables. Furthermore, it will also provide nutrients from raw materials that you might not include in your daily diet yourself.

DOSAGE? We recommend taking 2 tablets once a day for a normal body balance. In addition, it can be taken as a cure at therapeutic dose consisting of 2 tablets 2-3 times daily.
